Mother’s Day Buffet – Rose Room

For the mum that loves to pick and mix

Say thank you with a mouth-watering spread, including live food stations — where the chef carves to order and prepares dishes, alongside grazing tables stacked with goodies like cheese and charcuterie. With plenty of accompaniments and fresh, seasonal salads to choose from, mum will be spoilt for choice at this two-and-a-half hour foodie extravaganza.

Tickets include full access to the food buffet and food stations between 11:30am – 2pm. All drinks can be purchased from the bar throughout the day and are not included in the price of the buffet. 0 – 3 years tickets limited to one per full paying adult.

• Carvery – roasted pork belly with herb confit garlic and pink salt roasted pork belly (gf/df), and beef sirloin with mustard and herb crust (gf/df)
• Paella – traditional Spanish paella where land meets sea. Chicken thigh, Spanish chorizo, fish, prawns, clams, mussels, squid, seasonal vegetables, finished with a saffron seafood paella stock and bomba short grain rice.
• Dessert cart – mixed miniature desserts and petit fours

For the Champagne loving aficionado

Say cheers to mum in style, with a welcome glass of Mumm Champagne, and maximise your time together with a decadent three-course alternate drop long lunch. The Love Mumm Lunch also features a two hour beverage package of sparkling, premium wines, Mother’s Day Spritz, tap beers and soft drinks. Each guest will also receive a limited edition Koko Black 4-piece Chocolate Gift Pack valued at $15 each.

• Sous vide duck breast, baby beetroot, goats’ cheese, roast hazelnut salad with vincotto dressing (gf)
• Sous vide lamb loin with salted anchovy mayonnaise, sea herbs and pickled cauliflower (gf/df)

Looking for a casual way to catch-up and celebrate? Spend an afternoon with mum and her favourite people hanging out in the ‘garden’ sipping freshly crafted beer, while tending to your choice of tasty share dishes from the grill and wood fired pizza oven.

Brunch With Bite – Madame Hedges

For the brunch lover (with a side of wild)

Treat mum to a deliciously different way to brunch, with live entertainment, shows and games hosted by our resident Queens. Guaranteed to bring the giggles, mum will indulge in a riotous feast, with a two hour Italian-inspired brunch and divine drinks package — featuring mimosas, sangria jugs, bloody Marys and more.

Tickets $85 plus booking fee – includes a welcome drink, all entertainment, a two hour Italian-inspired brunch and drinks package including jugs of spritz, mimosa, bloody mary, premium beer, sangria, softdrinks, juice and mocktails (drinks package from 11:15am – 1:15pm). Please note that Brunch With Bite is an 18+ event.

Can my group buy individual tickets and still sit together? Yes, come up with a catchy table name between yourselves, then include this table name in the field provided at check-out. Your group will have your own table.

Can you cater to my food allergies and dietary requirements? We always do our best to cater to your food allergies as long as they are included in the field provided at checkout. This field at check-out for people with food allergies only. We may not, however, cater towards food preferences e.g. keto, low-carb, low sugar. Dietary requests must be submitted in writing by noon on the Wednesday prior to the event.

What’s the refund policy? If the venue is forced to close due to COVID restrictions imposed by the Government and the event is cancelled as a result, tickets will be refunded. We do not offer refunds for any other reason. No refund or transfer requests can be processed within 72 hours of the event commencing.
